Return Policy

All merchandise submitted for return must be mailed or brought to our store within 7 DAYS of receiving the item(s).   Qualifying defective items returned by mail will be refunded.  Items returned to our *store will be eligible for EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY, and MUST be accompanied by receipt.  Items bought online cannot be mailed back for exchange, only refund, if defective.

For defective items, please fill out the “returned merchandise” form and send this with your returned merchandise.   Customers must pay return shipping fee.  For qualifying defective items, customers will be refunded shipping fees plus item cost.  Items returned due to defect will be subject to inspection to determine if items are eligible for refund.  Please send item(s) back with original packaging.  We ask that customers take detailed photos of defective items (before mailing them back) and send the photos to:


*Items eligible for exchange in store must be in original condition sold; packaging and tags must be intact.  Clothing MUST be unworn and unwashed and free of odor, with original sales tags attached.

Jewelry, and hair accessories are final sale.
Sale items are final sale, no exchange or refunds.
